I peruse the bookshelves at Corinth Library on Saturdays.
Then on Sundays, I relish time in the kitchen preparing a meal to last.
However, my ultimate comfort food can not be recreated in my kitchen nor can I
write a novel to save my life.
There are times that you need to pay someone else for your
comfort. A big bowl of Marco Polo's spaghetti and meatballs finished with a
scoop of Murray's* French Silk ice cream satisfies one of my needs.
As I find a repose in these foods, I often feel the need to
reread certain books. Not known to be great tomes of intellectual meaning; but
pleasurable and quick and satisfying.
The Dead Travel Fast ... Deanna Raybourn ; Anyone But You...
Jennifer Crusie ; Night Play (Dark-Hunter, Book 6)... Sherrilyn Kenyon ;
