Create a list that will help you market the home?

1. What is your favorite room in the house and why? Might as well ask each family member the same question.
2. What feature attracted you to your current house ?
3. What improvements have been made during your residence?
4. How does your house appear from the street?
5. What is the best part of your backyard?
6. What do you like about your kitchen?

Another helpful list to create would be minor improvements needed to spruce the place up!
